Program page. We reserve the right to withdraw this service (and
associated benefits) at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse this offer to any
individual organization at our
discretion. 10% Off Coupon applies to any purchase in our online store, and can be
given to anyone connected to your shelter to use. Coupons not valid in
conjunction with any other offer.
Ask
the Experts
This service is meant to provide advice only and is not meant to
replace an appointment with a registered veterinarian. Readers must be aware
that questions will not necessarily be answered, and in any case will not be answered by email. We may publish between 15 and 30 answers to
readers' questions per month, and only the questions published on the
website will be answered. Answers do not necessarily come from a qualified
person and we are not responsible for any outcome which arises from
following the advice in such answers. Users should always seek a second
opinion. We have a policy of not answering questions which seem to deal with

prizes offered in competitions are provided by these third parties, on the
understanding that prizes will be forthcoming once a winner/winners are
selected and their contact details passed to the third party. However,
PetPeoplesPlace.com is not responsible for the provision of said prizes and
accepts no liability in the event of no prize being forthcoming. However, we
will do everything we can to verify that prizes will be given, and will not
allow any third party who does not supply a prize to take part in any future
competitions. All contests open to residents of mainland United States
only.
Winners of competitions are selected
according to the description given on the page where the Entry Form is
found. Entries received on or after the closing date of the competition will
be accepted at our discretion, but in any case not after a winner has been
chosen. We reserve the right not to enter into any communication regarding
the winner, and the judge's decision is final. The names of winners can be

receiving notification of being a winner, the winner has not replied to

entrants. However, they have the opportunity to send
one follow up promotional email to all entrants from

of contest close. We are not responsible for your
personal information where a contest is operated by

The PetPeoplesPlace.com Top Pet Sites list may only be used for lawful purposes.
Sites submitted to the PetPeoplesPlace.com Top Pet
Sites list cannot contain, or contain links to, anything
which is in breach of United States laws, including
but not limited to: hate propaganda, mail fraud, software pirating
or displays of violence. In addition, sites
submitted cannot contain, or contain links to, any
content which is not deemed generally acceptable to

We may change our fees for our services at any time. Our changes to the policy are effective after we provide you with at least seven (7) days' notice of the changes by posting the changes on the site. When you place an ad you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged for the use of our listing services. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service.
Our site acts as the venue for sellers to list items (or, as appropriate, solicit offers to buy) and buyers to contact sellers on items. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete
terms and conditions between us, PetPeoplesPlace.com and you, regarding your
application to participate as an affiliate of PetPeoplesPlace.com
("Affiliate"), and the establishment of links from your Web site
to our Web site, "PetPeoplesPlace.com." Execution by you of this
Agreement as set forth below constitutes your acceptance of the terms and
conditions of this Agreement, and will be a legally binding agreement
between you and us. To become a participant in PetPeoplesPlace.com's
Affiliate Program, you will have to submit a complete Affiliate Program
Application via our Web site. We will evaluate your application and notify
you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we
determine, in our sole discretion, that your Web site is not suitable for
the Affiliate Program for any reason.
Only persons or sites who are existing

Logos, Banners or Graphics for terms relating to these. We will
process orders placed by customers who follow the Links from your Web site
to the PetPeoplesPlace.com Web site. We reserve the right, in our sole
discretion, to reject orders that do not comply with certain requirements
which we may establish from time to time. All aspects of order processing
and fulfillment, including order entry, customer service, shipping,
cancellations, returns and payment processing will be our responsibility. We
will track the amount of sales generated by your Web site and will make this
information available to you through our Web site. To permit accurate
tracking, reporting, and fee accrual, you must ensure that the Links between
your Web site and our Web site are properly formatted. We will pay you a
commission equal to seven and a half (7.5%) percent for all customer purchases of the Net
Sales to us by users of your Web site who purchase products on our Web site,
utilizing the Links between your Web site and ours, for products which we
ship to such customer and for which we have received full payment. This
applies only to those customers whom you have referred who have not deleted
their cookies since being referred to PetPeoplesPlace by the affiliate site.
Net Sales shall include those amounts
received by us for the sale of products less amounts collected by us for
sales, use or other taxes, duties, shipping, handling, gift wrapping and
similar charges. A commission will only be paid if the visitor to our Web
site is tracked by the system from the time of the Link to the time of the
sale. For a sale to generate a commission, the customer must follow the Link
for your Web site to our Web site, purchase the product or products in
question using our online ordering system, accept delivery of the item(s) at
the shipping destination, and remit full payment to us. However, no
commission will be paid for products which are returned, not paid for,
undeliverable or payment for which is credited to any customer. We will pay
your commission on a monthly basis. Within approximately 30 days following
the end of each month, we will send the commission earned on the products
shipped during the preceding month to the Affiliate's Pay Pal account using
the email address specified at registration.
If the commission payable to you for any
month is less than ten ($10.00) U.S. dollars, we will hold those
commissions until such time as your commission earned equals at least ten
($10.00) U.S. dollars. If a product sale that generated commission is
returned by the customer, we will deduct the corresponding commission from
your next monthly payment.
PetPeoplesPlace.com also retains the right to
review all commissions for possible fraud. Any incidence of fraud
constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and PetPeoplesPlace.com retains full
authority to terminate this Agreement immediately. Customers who buy
products through the Affiliate Program are customers of PetPeoplesPlace.com.
All PetPeoplesPlace.com rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning
customer orders, customer service, and sales applies to these customers.
We grant you a
non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our Web site
through links established solely as set forth under the terms of this
Agreement and solely in connection with such links, to use our logos, trade
names, trademarks, service marks and similar identifying material
(collectively, "Licensed Materials"), solely for the purpose of
selling products on your Web site.
You agree that your Web site will not, in any
way, copy or resemble the look and feel of our Web site nor will you create
the impression that your Web site is our Web site or is a part of our Web
site. You also agree that your Web site will not contain any content of our
Web site or any materials which are proprietary to PetPeoplesPlace.com,
except with our prior permission, or materials obtained by you via the
PetPeoplesPlace.com Affiliate Web site in accordance with the provisions
hereof.
The term of this Agreement will begin upon
our acceptance of your Affiliate Program Application and will end when
terminated by either Party. At any time, either Party may terminate this
Agreement, with our without cause, by giving the other Party written notice
of termination. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, you are only
eligible to earn a commission on sales occurring during the term of the
Agreement, and commissions earned through the date of termination will
remain payable only if the related orders are not canceled or returned. We
reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to
ensure that the correct amount is paid. Upon the termination of this
agreement you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your Web site,
all Links provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant to this Agreement
or in connection with the Affiliate Program.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions
contained in this Agreement, at any time or in our sole discretion. Posting
on our Web site of a change notice or a new agreement is considered
sufficient notice. Modifications may include, but are not limited to,
changes in the scope of available commission fees, commission schedules,
payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is
unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement, your
continued participation in the Affiliate Program following our posting of a
change notice or new agreement on our Web site will constitute binding
acceptance of the change.
We only pay commission on items which are
shipped. If a product is out of stock and or the item is returned, no
commission will be paid. Other reasons why commission might not be paid
include suspicious activity, such as credit card fraud or suspicious coupon
codes; and high-volume sales by a limited number of buyers from one account.
This is not in keeping with the fair manner in which affiliates should
operate. In all cases, payment of commissions is subject to our discretion,
and payments paid in error, or later thought to be suspicious, may be
withheld from future payments.
Prices on the Site
The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders. Prices,
inventory and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve
the right to limit sales, including also the right to refuse sales, to
re-sellers. We also reserve the right to cancel any sale and refund the
customer in full.
General Shipping Information
Most orders will be shipped from our California fulfillment location using
standard UPS ground service. Orders will
be shipped within 1-7 days of receipt. Most items will be delivered within
14 days, but please allow 21 days for delivery, especially at busy times
like Christmas. We do not accept requests for priority shipping or
collection, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or period. Some
products are shipped directly from the manufacturer,
from various locations around the United States.
Out of Stock Items
We do our very best to maintain an accurate online inventory. However,
mistakes can be made and sometimes we receive orders for out-of-stock items.
If this happens, we will contact you either with details of a replacement
item or to tell you how long you might have to wait for the item you wanted.
If the item will not be in stock and available for shipping within 30 days
you are entitled to a refund.
Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If we have made a
mistake and have shipped the wrong item to you, or if your product is
defective, please return it to us in its original condition for a full
refund including shipping costs. If you are not entirely satisfied
with any purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of shipping and we will refund
you the cost of the product and the standard cost of returning the product
only. If your purchase has been damaged in transit, you must claim
credit with the carrier, however we will assist you as much as possible. If
you need to return an item to us, please complete the Returns
Form before returning it to us. All returned items must be accompanied
by original packaging and documentation for full credit.

will be given to any principle of conflict of laws. Any notice required to
be given to us can be given only by our receiving, in advance, an
e-mail clearly specifying so. This includes provision for technical
difficulties, whether due to hardware or software, or human error, however
improbable, which may prevent the receipt of, or reading of, such emails.
A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic
form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based
upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the
same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated
and maintained in printed form.
