I have been taking care of animals for about 48 years now, but I am no means an expert. I try to use as much common sense as possible and mostly use a vet for sickness. I worked with horses for the same amount of time and of course along the way, had dogs and cats and now miniature donkeys. I love to rescue as many animals as I can but the pocket book mainly says no to most of them. But I do have 17 animals here, which 90 % of them are rescues.
