Hey Maximus can’t seem to stay out of the trash can, outside of getting one with a lid (yeah he just knocks it over and pops the top off) and finding somewhere elevated (same issue) is there something I can do to keep him from getting in the trash?? The saying NO works if I catch him but if I’m not there he think is buffet time. I need some help!!!!
what worked with my dog was having a can with a lid and bunjee cording it closed. Slip the hook end of the bunjee cord under the lip of the can on both sides and he shouldnt be able to get it open. It also works great for raccoons!

This is a very common probelm with dogs and expecially any with a bit of lab in them. I put childproof catches on my bin which had a similar effect as the other persons bungee cord
