???Help, I have two male gerbils and one of their tails is losing its hair. It is not a lot but I am afraid that they both might be sick and it might progress quickly if i don’t take quick action. Please email me with suggestions on what to do. There are no other symptoms that i know of or know to look for. They eat well and I change the cage regularly. any advice is appreciated! sarah
sometimes hair loss can be irritaion from flea,s you can get flea powder for small animals. also sometimes could be he got it caught or had a small fight. are they eating well, and seem bright.. if yes i dont expect anything major.
