Scientists are making head way on the contaminated foods, they are pretty sure it has something to do with the wheat gluten in the caned foods. If your pet is eatting foods made by menu that contains this wheat gluten and it is canned you should call menu foods at 1-866-895-2708. If you can not get through call you local veterinarian asap!

I am very sorry for any one who has lost a pet due to this.A friend just told me the company doesn’t think the problem is the wheat gluten. My vet suggests not feeding any kind of canned food to dogs or cats unless it’s a prescription diet. It might be wise to look into diets that you can cook at home for your pets. I’ll post a link regarding this situation the minute I get it.
