i think if your horse doesnt need shoes, it shouldnt have shoes. one of those ‘if it aint broke dont fix it’ kind of things. but i think it all depends on the horse and what you do with it.
ill sign it. horse slaughter is even worse than BSL. which is very bad for dog lovers. hopfully it will be illegal to slaughter horses in the US. i’m gonna do my best to save those poor babies one day.
just wanted to say hi to all. i just joined today. i’m 22 and currently taking a horsemanship class through my community college. it the first time i’ve been on a horse in over 10 years. unless you count the trail ride 2 years ago. it makes me realize how much i love these animals and miss them so. i’m gonna be a vet tech one day. maybe then i can get a BLM mustang. i love mustangs.
if i had to choose a draft horse i would be tonn btw a Belgian, a Percheron, and a Friesian(however you spell those).. 🙂
my favortie horse would be the mustang. they are truly magnificant. very quick learners. i think it b/c they still have that wild touch in them more than other breeds.
