He looks part Rex to me, but with bigger ears. Real cute that one
I guess it was some kind of ear mite or something, It’s completely cleared up, don’t really know how to describe, Dark reddish in color, kind of flaky after it got bad. I gave him mineral oil, and it cleared up within a couple of weeks. Is that what you wanted to know?

He nips and bites everybody, if he’s on the floor or in the hands of his owners.
He doesn’t growl or show his teeth, it’s just like he’s playing. I’m not positive on the age, Maybe three or four months.
AlieYeah except pineapple is most likely cheaper…
Did you try putting pineapple in her food?

how do rabbits get worms??His droppings are normal, no diarhea, no worms that I can see. I breed rabbits, and have raised him from a baby, he’s been completely healthy up until this. He does seem to be gaining some of his weight back. he did have a slight ear infection, but I’ve treated that and it’s pretty much gone. any more advice, it’s welcome…
Thanks, he wasn’t on the ground prior to his illness, but he’s been on it since. His fur looked really drab about 4-5 days ago, like he hadn’t been cleaning it. But it looks better now. He’s gained a little wait I think, since my first post.
I live in a small town, I don’t have money for the vet, and the shelters don’t take rabbits. His droppings are the same, and he’s still drinking plenty water. thanx for the advice and I’ll see what I can do.
keep you posted…My sister has a dwarf hamster, not sure on the age, bought it from a pet store about 8 months ago. lives in a small plastic bottomed cage with the wire top, and a plastic wheel. She cant hardly even pick him up anymore, last she tried the little guy drew blood…
any suggestions?I watch that sow all the time and I think it’s very informative, and the methods work extremely well.
Your rabbit is really cute. Some of my rabbits I have as pets, some I raise to eat, and some to sell. My favorite rabbit is a golden yellow buck, mixed breed, he has one floppy ear and the other not. I don’t live in the city so I usaully walk the rabbits on a leash in order to keep them away from the cats and dogs.
P.S.
I started with two rabbits, and bred them. The shelters in this area don’t have rabbits.Thanks, I don’t know if the shelters around here have many rabbits, but I’ll look into it. Also I know I won’t get too many rabbits because some of them I raise to bring food into the house, others I raise to go to good homes.
