    Pet360.com has a safety center that posts all recalls as soon as notices go out. The site also lets you track specific brands – then you get email notifications if your brand is ever recalled. Pretty cool stuff! You have to register to see alerts but it’s definitely worth it, https://www.pet360.com/register

    There are certainly pros and cons to crating your pup. We have crate trained our dog since she was a puppy, we hate leaving her in the crate when we’re gone during the day but she cannot be left free to roam the house as time and time again she’s proven she’ll eat and chew things that end up making her sick. We got a pen to put in our basement so she has more space to play with her toys and at night she sleeps in the crate (and she loves it!). It’s really up to the dog owner but there definitely are some benefits.
