Hello! 🙂 I am looking into adopting an Australian Shepherd this summer. I know that I’m posting pretty early but I really wanted to get a head start. I was hoping that someone could give me some info of any Aussie breeders in the Kansas area. I’m really trying to find a puppy that still has its tail(Any breeders that I can bargain with/put down a deposit for the pup to not get its tail docked?) and preferably blue merle. I would very much consider pounds and rescue groups as well. Gender does not matter to me 🙂
Do you think I should just wait a few more months until summer to start advertising the dog I am looking for? I will be moving to a farm in May ’13 so I would be getting the dog sometime around there.
