We are often reminded to make sure the temperature is kept at a comfortable level for puppies. I am writing to tell you that at this time of the year adult dogs, especially those with short hair, really feel the cold and can get quite uncomfortable even inside your home if the thermostat is turned low. My dog actually lies down and waits for me to cover him with his blanket. Please provide a sweater if walking outdoors and if you live where it is snowy clear your dog’s paws for little bits of hardened snow.
