That’s not good. I would travel the 50 miles to a vet. Trust me you don’t want to see it turn to skin and bones. I had 2 baby leopard gecko’s and they had a disease and turned to skin and bones. But my vet told me to force feed using a seringe and baby food (like beef). I would try that. Hope your gecko make’s it.
