I agree with all the other posts, a lot more information is needed before we can even try to establish what is going on. But any dog that is sick should be seen by a vet, good luck and let us know the outcome

I would definitely worry and take her to the vet to be on the safe side.

Please seek adult advice and get the adults to do the investigating, but please do something for these poor animals. I apologise in advance if this is not a child posting.

🙂 taylor that did make me laugh, but saved me from posting the same thing! You should make sure you have all bits and pieces before getting the dog. Bramble or cookie are nice names.

I would get him seen by the vet, does he try to scratch it or anything. By the way how old is he? I also have a black lab.

I can verify that my 8 month old lab does this and so did my golden lab.

Hi with my lab when she pulled on the lead I turned and walked the other way, keep doing this when ever she pulls and eventually she’ll learn she gets nowhere if she pulls. With jumping up at visitors what i did was when she jumped up I calmly said no and led her into another room then let her out after a few minutes, then just keep repeating it until she learns not to jump. My lab now sits when a visitor comes in and only sniffs and wags his tail when i say "say hello" 🙂
