doing more resurch, i ended up going with a budgie, (and i wouldnt trade im for the world) and for ferts…

does the hamster smell, or the cage?
hamsters are oderless, so if it smells, then its most likely sick.
cleane the cage out at least once a week if you need more.

hamsters have very littler / no seeing, they really on their smell hearing and touch,
if your hamster is blind, dont worry about it

teddy bear, honey, black bear hamsters are all the same thing, Syrians (aka normal hamsters).

If you are a first time owner then i recomend getting a female syrian, they are generallty more friendly.

My German Shepherds love to sleep outside. We have a doggy door so they can go in or out as they pleez. Sometimes, in the morning they come in and there whole fur is frozen solid!LOL!!
