Well do you want your birds to lay eggs? Do you even have a nest? If you do want little baby budgies then i suggest you talk to some proffesionals and get a little more educated. Are your birds healthy enough? etc. etc.
Jul 30, 2008 at 8:42 #428726Well first things first have you had a vet check your bird? Your bird may be sick and ensuring its well being probably would be best. I thought my bird was sick so i went to the vet, and it turns out she was pregnant. But she never layed her egg, and the vet said her body must have absorbed it. Of course there is not time period when i female will lay her egg. Do you have a nest in there? If not, i advice placing one in, but before you do going to the vet would be the best, in case she is sick. Of course there might be complications and it would be in her best interest to make sure she is okey. Also where you planning on breeding them?
Jul 30, 2008 at 8:37 #428704A lot of birds are quite messy. What i d, aside from using a skirt is i have a little dust buster. I have three budgies in the hallway upstairs, and i keep my little vacume beside the cage. This helps a lot. Everytime i see a mess i just vacume it up
Feb 1, 2008 at 7:29 #470053Also you seem to have a problem with her saying that there millions of animals in shelters. I know what I’m talking about. And I probably know what your talking about more than you do – considering you can’t seem to remeber half the things you say. Honestly though it seems to me like im talking to a little kid – grow up or get of the internet.
Feb 1, 2008 at 7:24 #470052""with all due respect (and I assure you it isn’t much!) you need to put a sock in it!" Jog your memory? Bahah bird brain. Kinda funny. What are you 9? How sad really
Jan 31, 2008 at 6:59 #428615Aww thats so cute. My budgie is still learning how to fly so when he falls he calls out to me. Also he must have the two other budgies near him AT ALL TIMES! So if one of them flies away onto a picture frame or something I’m the first to know because he starts calling out again lol. Hes such a sweatheart
Jan 31, 2008 at 6:57 #470049O wow i’m sorry i can’t answer your reply but i must say Big-K if you don’t like posts – dont read them . How hard is that? And whats wrong with adopting animals – do you have something against that?

Nov 21, 2007 at 6:45 #450759Thats absolutely horrible. I will sign
Nov 21, 2007 at 6:43 #428546Your bird needs to go to an avian vet. If you are not able to afford one maybe you can work something out with the vet like a payment plan. Are there any shelters that may be able to help? The cost it unpredictable because we don’t know if the vet will be able to save the leg. But your bird is prob hurting right now and needs medical attention. If you absolutly can’t afford it euthanasia may be your last option.
Nov 12, 2007 at 7:43 #476523Hmm the tank seems rather small for such a large lizard. But I’m no expert. Anyone who owns lizards or knows more about them?
Nov 11, 2007 at 1:13 #450797Oh sorry. I’m just saying I don’t have a dog but just the fact the word shock is in their makes it sound painful and sad, rather cruel. If you don’t mind me asking when you say
"Just recently, one of my mothers neighbors lost their 5 y/o cocker to a pack of dogs….the cocker was in an invisible fence and had nowhere, "safe" to go…..they witnessed the entire thing—it was really bad. Would have never happened (not very likely anyway) if the cocker woud have been in the house or inside a real fence.."
DO you mean it passed from the elements (ex. weather) or due to the actual coller/fence?Nov 11, 2007 at 12:27 #450795Wouldn’t a fence hurt the dog though?
Oct 1, 2007 at 6:37 #483720the reason I posted here beacuase it has been crazy at animal planet. It’s a shame
