    Thankyou for your concern Nicky1, Harry is now on a triple enzyme to aid digestion this will be long term treatment, plus anti inflammatorys for the pain, he’s lost 8 kgs in weight but…….he is slowly getting better stiches out on tuesday i think he will feel more comfortable, i’m sure he will be smiling soon!

    Ever thought of Pancreatitis, my dog suffered similar symptoms to yours and he has it

    hi, your dogs temperature will drop at least 24hrs before birth, the first signs are restlessness, chewing and scratching her bed and you sholud expect a result within about 2 hours when she shows these symptoms, hope all goes well

    Hi my dog has just had quite an op to check his pancreas rather than wait forever for eliminating tests. harry, (dog) began with an infection in his jaws this went on to no appetite, could not walk ,pain, lots of pain sickness, thought it was cancer lost 10 kgs in weight. overnight stay in vets twice.This was five weeks ago, now low fat/protein diet with enzymes to help digest the food and what a different dog!! continue like this for three months and hopefully he will not be on medication unless he needs it.
