I have a female, 9 year old shih tzu, her name is Bridget. I also have her mate and their baby girl. Bridget has always been very sweet, friendly and playful. The three of them are the cutest little family. They all get along, sleep side by side and always run and play with each other. Just lately Bridget seems to shake when I get ready to leave for work, she doesn’t get up when the other two go to eat breakfast and wants to sleep a lot. She is the oldest. Is it the change in the seasons, or her age, or do you think I should have my vet look at her? They all have been very healthy. Bridget has a good appetite when she wants to eat. She just seems sad or something. What’s up?
