Talk to your vet and see what is recommended. You may want to try Frontline Plus. But the vet may want to try a different wormer for a few rounds, do another fecal and check again. It can take time to clear internal parasites. I would also bring an exterminator that is cautious in homes with pets to consult on the flea issue if it is that bad. And if the cat is allowed outside, this increases the likelihood of fleas. Get into a solid regimen of daily vaccuuming and at least once a week washing the kitten’s bedding in HOT water. Look at house flea products that use IGRs as the active ingredient and again, talk to the vet about how to handle the kitten. The stuff vets use are often more effective and safer than what is sold at pet stores.
