My yorkie terrier monkey has been.vomiting no money to take her to vet .. Concerned not sure what to do

Find the money and get to a vet.
If you cannot afford the dog, surrender it to a shelter or re-home it to someone who can afford to give it proper care.
Withholding medical care, even if you’re broke, is animal cruelty.
