I have a 1 year old 8 lb. maltese dog, i would like to get a kitten or a cat as well. i was told because i have a small breed dog that i shouldn’t get a feline friend because the cat could injure the dog.Is this true? If not is there a breed of cat that is more compatable with dogs and what can i look for when looking for a kitten or cat to make sure they are a good match with our dog?
