    warts on his nose. Transmittable to other others? humans? how to treat it? what causes it?

    my horse has warts on his nose and mouth, i have not experinced this before. what can be done for this?

    The warts you are speaking of usually occur in younger horses or horses with weekend immune systems. They are contagious to other horses but not to people. And the good thing is that once they have gotten them they will be immune to them in the future. To get rid of them make a solution of half crushed garlic and half extra virgen olive oil, mix in a blender and spread it on the warts once or twice everyday.It will get rid of the warts in 2 to 3 weeks. Just be sure to store the mix in the fridge. Hope this helps. 🙂
