;DHi, My rabbit is 5 months old this month would it be ok to mate her next month when she is 6 months or is she still too young. Also if it is fine for her to mate, her hutch has one big living part and a smaller sleeping compartment like a nest box but she poos in there and wees so would it be alright when she has her babies in there if she does will she still mess in there.Any advice would be great. ;D ??? ;D
If you doe is a smaller breed ex. 7lbs and under, It should be ok to breed her. If your doe is of a larger breed I would wait until 7 or 8 months. Also I would recomend a seperate nest box as having babies in her potty area is not good. She may tend o potty on the babies. Good Luck!
