Why does my dog stare at other animals? She stares like she is confused about that animal.
She’s trying to figure out what the animal’s agenda is? What it’s signaling with its body language?
If she looks puzzled, she likely is puzzled.
Dogs have questions, too.
If there’s no fights breaking out or any other unpleasantness, then it doesn’t sound like a problem – just a really odd habit.
