Just a thought, but is it possible that she is remarking a place where another dog or cat has had a accident? Most of my foster dogs had accidents when I first brought them into the house. it’s a little hard for them to adjust to the new schedule, rules and company. Definately check with a vet about a UTI, but this behavior should decrease if it is just nerves as she gets used to the new home.
