You obviously know nothing about rabbits!! I have had ‘mutt’ rabbits as you so lovingly call them and they have never had health issues or been aggressive so it is very irresponsible for you to say that all rabbits that aren’t pedigree are aggressive. The above article also explained your rabbit may have had a bad diet or was overweight and thats what was making her have those squidgy poo, which most rabbits have and they eat them to get the full amount of nutrients from their diet. Also a lot of rabbits do not like to be handled and would rather hop near you. You could have had your rabbit rehomed. There are many people like you that buy rabbits and are never fully informed. I think it was a VERY selfish act to have had that poor bun put to sleep. Before you buy another one (which I don’t think you should) I think you should get yourself educated on bunnies!
