TankCandy LLC. Is independently owned and operated. All coral is 100% aquaculted in my farm grown under a all BLUE and UV lighting system. All pictures are taken with an orange lense filter. Check back weekly for new listings!!

Payment:

Payment must be paid within 48 hours after sales ended. We can hold corals up to 7 days after payment has been made. You may still buy coral at no additional shipping charge. We will send you an invoice or you can use the cart to check out for single shipping charge. We do combined shipping!!

Shipping:

All shipments will be shipped via. UPS next day air, to lower the risk of shipment delay, we ship Monday through Thursday only, coral will be pack in insulated foam box with an ice or 40 hour animal safe heat pack depending on the weather Conditions. Shipping is a flat rate of $47.76 throughout the lower 48.

Free local pick up is available, please contact us to schedule. Orders must be picked up within 7days.Shipping within US only, no international shipping.

DOA Policy:

In the unlikely event of DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 8 hours of delivery. Carefully inspect the package and send 2 clear pictures in original shipping packaging of the dead coral via message or email. Please do not throw away the deceased coral, might need to ship it back if necessary. A refund will be issued exculding the shipping cost. First deilvery attempt must be met in order to qualify for our live arrival guarantee. Sorry we cannot be held responsible of any shipping carriers delay due to weather or mechanical events that it's out of my control.

Returns or Refund:

Unfortunately TankCandy does not accept any returns or refunds for live animal.However please contact us if you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help.
