Shipping
We ship FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Thursday with typical arrival by Noon. Flat rate of $49.99. Local Florida residents $29.99 or local pickup option. Shipment to contiguous U.S. only. We do not offer free shipping with .

We do offer combined shipping. All sales won and Buy It Now items may be combined into one shipment to save on costs. Orders may also be combined with an order from our website, and if you qualify for free shipping on our website then we will include your purchases for no additional charge.

The day your order ships, you will receive a notification from containing your tracking number. We do not require signature for delivery, however, Buyer must receive delivery on First attempt or Live Arrival Guarantee will be void. We suggest you acclimate your animals as soon as the package is dropped off as the longer the coral remain in the bag, the more stressed they become. Acclimation Guide is included with each shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays incurred by the carrier that may cause your shipment to arrive late.

Live Arrival Guarantee
In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), contact us within 2 hours of delivery (carrier posted time) via email and include a clear digital photo of the dead coral. Please do not dispose of the animal without AJ's authorization; doing so will void the guarantee. After approving the DOA, a credit for the item will be issued towards a future purchase, excluding shipping charges, and applied to your next shipment. We do not offer refunds only credit towards future purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.

Once livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions and no guarantee is implied past delivery. Buyer must receive item on FIRST delivery attempt. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

We do not accept returns. Do not ship the item back.
