Item is brand new but is being listed as used because of some damage. Part of the plastic that holds on of the mounting feet will need to be epoxied back in place if it bothers you. 2 of the 3 compressor mounts are broken.I have 1 of the pieces but not the 3rd.Some damage to the condenser fins on the inside where the pump hit it. Only the fins appear damaged. The tubes were unaffected. Unit has been tested, fan and compressor kick on and the displayed temperature does come down so it appears to be functioning properly.
