NEVER give someone a dog unless you meet them. They could use the dog for dog fighting or worse. You have to meet them until you trust them. Also never ship a dog its a good escuse for not wanting to meet you. Also if this person really wants a ddog they want to see what the dog looks like, i think. Petfinder is good but not in that case.
