In the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) we must be contacted within 1 hour of FedEx posted time of package delivery, along with (emailed) clear photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag and out of bag. No exceptions or excuses, no credit without photo. In case of DOA we will offer credit towards future purchase (not including shipping).We are not responsible for shipping delays or negligence by FedEx. We declare full package value at the time of shipping; you will have to file an insurance claim with the shipping company.Verified DOA\'s will be fully credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). Coral can fall off plug during shipping, which is perfectly normal; please use a coral-safe glue to reattach. Dead coral has no tissue and the exposed skeleton will be white.
