This kit will let you do just that - really easily, and with very little hassle or tech know-how !! Kit comprises of :- 2 x 120cm IP68 Rated Flexible LED Strip -3 led\'s per 5cm length (IP68 means the strip is fully enclosed in a silicone outer skin which is then filled with a flexible Epoxy adhesive. All soldered wire joins are protected by adhesive lined heatshrink - LED\'s at either end of strip are covered in order for heatshrink boot to be properly fitted)50cm of flex from strips to switch - pick from one of 3 types of switch :- standard inline switch, inline rotary dimmer switch and the remote control dimmer switch. Approx 1.7m of flex from switch to Plug-in 12V power supply
All strips are adhesive backed, but we recommend that you use silicone or similar to secure lighting inside your tank.
Kit also comes with cable ties and self adhesive anchors to help you secure lighting/flex etc to your tank. THESE ARE NOT LIKE SOME OF THE STRIPS FOR AQUARIUMS YOU CAN BUY ON ...... ALL OF OUR AQUARIUM GRADE STRIPS ARE IP68 RATED STRIPS. THAT MEANS THE LED STRIPS ARE TOTALLY ENCASED IN A CLEAR SILICON JACKET, WHICH IS FILLED WITH CLEAR FLEXIBLE EPOXY, AND BOTH ENDS ARE THEN SEALED WITH ADHESIVE LINED HEATSHRINK......
