VINTAGE GENERAL ELECTRIC TUBE AM CLOCK RADIO MODEL C436A serviced works great For Sale -

This is a General Electric model C436A clock radio from about 1960. The plastic cabinet which is an antique white is in nice condition with no cracks and only a few light scratches or scuffs. The original power cord was broken at the interlock so I replaced it with new cord. Both of the clock knobs were missing so I fabricated new ones. The Telechron clock movement was cleaned and oiled and is running quietly and keeping good time. I replaced the two section filter capacitor with modern replacements. I checked the tubes and replaced two defective ones with good used tubes. I also cleaned the volume control, oiled the tuning capacitor and cleaned and polished the cabinet. The radio sounds great with good reception all across the dial. The radio measures 11\"w x 5.75\"h x 6\"d. Although the radio is working well now, I can not offer a guarantee due to it\'s age and is sold as is.
