VINTAGE 1950\'S GERMAN RED HESCHU HALSON CRYSTAL SET RADIO W / ORIGINAL BOX For Sale -

Upfor sale is a vintage 1950\'sGERMANMADE HESCHU RED CRYSTAL SET RADIO WITH ITS ORIGINAL BOX. I believe thisto be new old stock. I have sold two of these in the past and this one DOES NOThave its crystal - it is missing. On the side identification card of the radioit states that it was distributed by the Halson Radio and Electric Corp. of NewYork, NY. This came from the same small museum that I have been selling itemsfrom for the past few months. The plastic body shows minor signs of age andwear: some light surface scratches, scuffs, etc... from two blue adaptors whichwere rolling around in the box, but there are no chips, cracks or breaks that Ican see. The back instruction card is in excellent condition. As you can see inthe photos, the box is also in very nice condition, just slightly darkened withthe passage of time. This measures approx. 4" deep, 2 3/4" wide and anoverall height to the top of the knob of 1 3/4". Even without its crystal,it make a bright and colorful display!
