Very rare vintage car 45 record player For Sale -

This is a fully restored early 1960\'s sears vintage car record player....which is plug and play, ready to mount and go!!! It has been fitted with audio jacks so it can plug into your existing radio via the auxillary adapter jacks. This unit plays a stack of 45rpm. records, which stack up and then just automatically play, drop to the bottom and the next record plays. You can also skip over a record by pressing reject. Once you start the unit, it lines up the needle and plays....UPSIDE down!! really fascinating and a real conversation piece at any auto show. In fact I have had people get into the car and film the unit themselves...because they are really rare and rarely seen....when was the last time you saw one playing in a car????!!! I had this unit mounted in my 59 chevy....and took it out because I put back in my vintage radio which has no input for it. It worked great and I used it only a few times since it was restored by a guy in syracuse new york about a year ago. I paid for restoration $850.00 not counting what I paid for the unit itself. Although the chrome is scratched and is not perfect...it looks great in the car mounted and again works great. I did not think it was worth getting the case re chromed but again that is up to you whether you do it or not, I like all my accessories to look appropriately used and not brand new. The until has all new/rebuilt transitors, guts, motor, needle.....so all ready to go....these record players are very rare, seldom sold...and if they are they are not restored like this one.
