Up for sale is ....HAND PAINTED SIGN by VON DUTCH (aka Kenny Howard) Purchased from the original Brucker RM sale ( shown in catalogue photo). The expected prices on items that day went through the roof with some of the Von Dutch paintings and his paint box going upwards of a quarter million. This is a very rare piece, being a Von Dutch original painting, A Planet of the Apes Collectible and having the distinction of being part of the Brucker collection and was displayed at Movie World : Cars of the Stars, a historic place that once housed over a thousand cars on display. ( Original catalogue page from the legendary sale is shown, and will send the buyer a copy of it if requested.) This painting is absolutely spectatcular and showcases Von Dutch painting , striping and lettering style. It is a huge piece, and has been custom framed and matted with a key-hole shape matt to display as it should . Not many people can claim to own a Von Dutch original painting. here is your chance. Ultra rare original piece and truly a great art investment............With frame it is a whopping 49 X 34 INCHES. There are some very minor scratches on the frame. Due to risk of glass breaking and damaging the artwork, the piece will ship without glass, and packed by an experienced art handler / packer. There are fewer and fewer authentic VON DUTCH items out there.
