Prior listing had error, wrong photos loaded. Photos have been fixed. TenTec HF transceiver SN 580-1274. Powers up and shows output. Made a few 40M SSB and cw contacts. Vfo pto knob is smooth. Digital readout works fine. Scratches and some small dings. Would be great for portable or backup.
Switching modes, it has narrow cw filter for added selectivity (270 hz is my guess) as well as SSB audio filtering. Also has all WARC band crystals installed as all band positions are operational on digital readout.
Note: No extensive testing. I am selling off lots of gear from an estate. Tests and received and shows 90w power out but little testing other the basics - made a few solid contacts so it is strictly sold AS IS. No returns no warranty on old gear.
A circuit breaker switch used for power on off and safety was mounted on rear panel. Copy of TT owners manual. Includes a good working high impedance hand mic wired and tested for this radio. No power cord.
