+Treatment before use:

Stump driftwoodcontains tannic acid, a natural compound occuring that stains water yellow orbrown-tannins are responsible for creating “blackwater” habitats like theAmazon River. To prevent tannins from affecting your water chemistry, boil thebonsai driftwood or soak it for a peroid of 1 week before adding it to thetank. Boiling and soaking driftwood will help facilitate the release of thetannins, thus decreasing the chance that the stump driftwood will cause a pHdrop in your tank.

- If the tree is lost during transportation to the buyer\'s country when shipment is made by Vietnam Post, 50% of purchase value will be refunded due to this carrier compensation program

- If the stump is damage during transportation to the buyer\'s country, the buyer can fix the broken branch by fast healing glue(Epoxy Glue/AB Glue). If the buyer do not want to received the broken tree(which is caused by shipping services or mishaps, accidents for cargo...) or do not want to fix some broken main branches, you can request a refund and pay the return shipping. Photos and clues for damaged item when opening the packaged will be needed for the damage causing proof made by shipping services
