The active bioflavonoid complex in milk thistle, silymarin, increases the uptake of hepatic glutathione and stimulates hepatocyte protein synthesis. Recommended Dosing:

• Dog: One capsule twice daily for each 25-50 lbs of body weight
  • 10-50 mg/kg/day divided twice daily for most conditions. Can increase up to 150 mg/kg/day with no toxicity
• Cat: One capsule daily or as recommended by your veterinarian
  • 10-50 mg/kg/day divided twice daily
