The Ruff Wear Palisades Pack is the solution to making multi-day back country trips, that much more convenient, and enjoyable for you and your beloved pet. The pack is built on Ruffwear\'s Web Master Harness chassis, whose five-point adjustable straps, ensure load stability, and proper weight distribution for the comfort of your four-legged pal. Its removable saddlebags are great for rest stops, and water crossings. This pack also comes with two collapsible, 1 liter, BPA-free water bottles, for you to use on your trips. The load compression system secures the load of the pack, so your dog is not troubled in any way. Thanks to the integrated reflectivity, and the reflective trim, the bag gives you great low-light visibility making it that much easier to track your pet. Relist

Please do not request to have an item relisted if you do not see it any more. If we are able to relist, we will do so even without your request.

Item availability

We will only post items that are in stock, ready to ship.

Payment / Shipping Payment

Paypal is our only method of payment. When you are using Paypal, you must go through our secure verification system, for which you will have to supply a verified shipping address with a matching telephone number.

For shipments in New York, we are required to collect the appropriate sales tax.
Items can be returned within 30 Days of purchase, and must be returned in original packaging, pending a return authorization.

Shipping

• Most purchases are shipped within 48 hours of payment.
• We will not ship outside of the USA.
• We supply tracking information 24 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please check your email and/or messages & make sure our email doesn\'t go into spam or junk.
• No store pick-ups for items.
• We will not mark any package as a gift.
• We do not ship to PO boxes.
• We ship to APO or FPO addresses, please contact us for more information.

Tracking

There is no need to email us for tracking info. You will get that automatically.

Returns

We think you\'ll agree that Sunny Sports has the best return policy in the industry.

• You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card.
• Then, we give another 90 days (120 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.

Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you\'re not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven\'t used it. We won\'t even ask why you\'ve changed your mind.

You\'ll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Books, CD\'s, DVD\'s and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.

Simply download and complete the Return Merchandise Form, package the items securely and include the form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.

Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
