Rare Vintage / Old Thermiodyne Tube Radio - Battery Operated - I think the Model number is TF- 6. I purchased the radio at an estate sale and have very little knowledge about radios. Ihave no idea ifthe unitworks (because it will require a battery or some type of converter from AC to DC ), so it is being sold As Is, with no returns. It appears to be in very good condition, except for the clearvarnish on the wood case, is starting to turn white in many areas. The unit measures approx. 29\" long, 11 3/4\" high and 12 1/2\" deep and weighs around 35 lbs.. A metal plate on the inside is stamped: No. 51496. Please see pictures for what you are receiving.
