A very rare offering. We have never seen this postcard before. 1915 Newfoundland Regiment 1st Platoon. A Company In the middle are pictured Officers L. C R Stick, W Ryall, M J Nugent, J Robinson, Capt. A O\'Brien, A J Penny, Sergeants W Miles, C Oak, W Ayre to name a few. Letter dated April 30, 1915 reads - Dear Sandy, \"A few faces amongst these you may recognize including Fred as a private understand he has now received his comms and is on his way back to NF to train the remainder of the volunteers. Casuals had 9 of its members go with first contingent. Hope Mrs C and all other friends are ? Kindest Regards to all.
