In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a clear digital photo within 2 hours of delivery. We may ask for you to ship back the purchased item or water sample. Refunds are in the form of store credit and do not cover shipping. MotherFragger is not responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late. Once the coral has left our facility MotherFragger is not responsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased. MotherFragger is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. We can hold corals for up to one week with notice from buyer and once payment has been confirmed.
