Signed but I can not translate so some nice ers have helped me identify the artist, the maker and the subject and all of that is below but their opinions differ so I am not sure. 10 dolls. You mentioned these nesting dolls in your Ezine. The artist name is Rasskazova. The dolls are made in small town Sergiev Posad near Moscow and every doll also has a name of the specific ballet they feature like Swan Lake, Coppelia etc. I would also suggest to change a spelling to Matryoshka

Im russian so i can tell you that most of the wood work in small russian towns usually have all the souveniers signed by artist. In moscow its usually not signed cause made in large amounts. Each of your dolls have a different scene from a different ballet

Artist signature on most pieces. Even the tiniest has a signature something like that. Thanks for any help.
