Packages shipped to a USPS hold facility must be picked up within the first three hours of arriving or guarantee is void.Prior to shipping, each specimen is carefully inspected. If any of your livestock arrives dead, you must notify us via Message of the DOA item within 4 hours of delivery. NO EXCUSES / NO EXCEPTIONSA clear photo of the dead specimen must be included in your email. We may ask that the coral skeleton be shipped back to us. In the event that a coral arrives stressed or damaged, we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for the coral to be evaluated. Many corals bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress. Being stressed from shipping is NOT D.O.A.Delays due to weather, mechanical failures, etc., which result in loss will not be covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. You must file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression).
