I have never had any problems with the Showcase 7.1. It has never been sent back to Krell. It functions like it was supposed to on day 1....
I was going to keep it but I sold my Denon DP 62L turntablelast year. I recently sold my KRELL SACD MKII as parts-needs repair. So it would be unused sitting around...
There are no defects, or noticeablescratches. Excellent condition for its age....
