You are offerding on a map measuring wheel made by Keuffel& EsserinSwitzerland. The outside diameter of thecase is just under 1 5/8 inches. The large dial measures directly in inches. The two smaller dials measure in tens andhundreds of inches.
This device is in pristinecondition as can be seen in the photos.The case and glass are like new and the device measures and resetsflawlessly. It appears that this devicewas used very little if at all. The original case and foam packing are included. There are no written instructions.
