originally 440 3 phase has been changed over to run 220 3 phase
in the last few photos i was trying to show that mounting bracket hardware is incorrect. it looks to be missing the rubber spacer like the other side has. it works like this but i wanted to point it out. other than that it is in good shape, spindle turns smooth, motor runs smooth.
