fully functional, everything works as it should. this radio was my Dad\'s and he was using it right up until he decided to ask me to sell it for him.
the original antenna input (female) connector has been replaced with a chassis-mount SO-239 UHF female connector type. please view photos of back of unit, thanks.
there are some scuffs and light abrasions on the metal outer chassis cover.
power cord is included as shown in the picture. there is no original packaging or manual, only the base unit is for sale as pictured. this radio is already very well-packed for safe shipment; ready to ship within 24hours of receipt of payment.
