It is usually hard to get and almost impossible to find in this stunning condition - color is rare \"grey\" (anthrazit)Pls notice the picture taken in Dieter Rams office with the wall unit in the back - so this is what you might be calling your own!Detailed description:
TS 45 – designed by Dieter Rams in1964 - receiver
TG 502 – designed by Dieter Rams in1967 - reel to reel tape
L 450 – designed by Dieter Rams in1967 - pair of speakers
PCS 5 - designed by Dieter Rams in1962 - recordplayer
(or alternativly PS 500 for US 60Hz use - check below for details)
Condition:
This unit is in almost perfect shape :
- all components have been completely serviced, everything is working fine !!
- all writings on TG 502 and TS 45 are very good and \"original\"
- the chassis of TS 45 has been redone according to the original paint code
- the chassis of TG 502 is original and in very good shape
- L450 speakers have (minor) signs of wear and shortened cables to fit wall hanging useage
- there are 2 little issues on the reel to reel:
1) the counter is not working - the reason is, that them counters were made of plastic dents
and these only last for about 20 years - you´ll never get working ones these days any more.
2) the right side of the recording-level indicator is out of order
Also included:
- an original Dieter Rams autograph !!!
- all Vitsoe e-tracks needed for wall mounting (except the 170m long one for the reel to reel and the record-player, which you will have to get yourself - I will provide adress close to your place)
- all brackets needed to fit for e-tracks, you will only have to provide the longer e-tracks and the shelves yourself,but I would be glad to help you getting those
- a folder issued by Braun in 1991 \"as heritage of the present to the future\" - with high quality prints and drawings of the first blueprints of many Braun classics, such as \"snow-white coffin\", the complete wall unit, etc..

concerning the recordplayer:
the recordplayer will be running too fast, so you will either need a Hz converter from 60 to 50Hz
( I could help you try to get one - I am working on that)
or decide to take another record player that I offer as an alternative: it´s a PS500 fitted for 60Hz.
The PS500 is also a classic from the late 60s and will fit optically just fine
- also has the same color - in fact you almost won´t tell the difference.

This issue will not affect the tuner or the reel to reel, though!!
