FYI: More excuses! Haha. Shipping times for Profil 24 and LMM usually ship within 3-4 days. Sometimes an item is delayed one week if photoetch or some parts casting is required. We have had two instances in the last month where an EMS package from Japan has been sitting in my local PO for 3-5 days without a notice. Unbelievably we have had almost twenty overseas packages/envelopes re-delivered to us by misreading the shipping label. Just more stress.(Multiple Values)

Combined shipping. Yes we combine shipping provided you wait for our invoice which will reflect the proper shipping. If you pay before hand there will be no shipping refunds. Sorry we just don\'t have the time to chase invoices.

Problems. Call 845-520-6096.Ifwe don\'t receive a call apparently there is no problem. We address all problems. Missing parts etc are taken care of as quickly as possible.

Overseas. Delays! Yes they happen. We can send ten packages to France on the same day. Eight will get there in a week. One will take two weeks. The last one a month. We don\'t know why. Customs? Put on a different route? Whatever...just please show some patience. We are not here to steal your money. We want your business. Let common sense prevail. Call 001-845-520-6096 if you are worried.

Everything is insured. A lower value will never be put on a package. That is just looking for trouble. It is also illegal and we can not get full value back if it goes missing.
