If you are looking at this you probably need or want this device. Still wrapped in original packaging and does NOT appear to have been opened. I did NOT test it at all. Not sure if testing it without water would harm it. I do not know anything about these devices. Starting offer is low. If you find it does not work, you will have to return it.
